La Strasagne – Venti strati d'italia

In 2020, I had the opportunity to develop the concept and visual presentation for a unique culinary creation at Dolce Vita in Münchwilen: the Strasagne. This extraordinary dish reimagines the classic lasagna by layering flavors from across Italy, transforming it into a gastronomic journey through the country’s diverse regions.


The concept was to celebrate Italy’s rich culinary heritage by incorporating signature ingredients from various regions—such as Crema al Tartufo d’Alba from Piemonte, Pesto alla Genovese from Liguria, and Pomodoro from Naples—into a multi-layered masterpiece. Each layer tells a different story, blending flavors like Gorgonzola from Lombardia, Bolognese from Emilia-Romagna, and Caciocavallo from Calabria, creating a harmonious yet surprising taste experience.


The Strasagne was designed not just as a dish but as an immersive experience, inviting guests to discover Italy bite by bite. This project was realized in collaboration with Dolce Vita, celebrating tradition while pushing the boundaries of Italian cuisine.
